Biography
Colin Roy is a highly acclaimed London West End star and international singer-songwriter. After being spotted by the casting director for the Lion King, Colin Roy began a successful career in London’s West End theatre scene starring in many renowned shows including Five Guy’s Named Moe, Sweet Charity, Smokey Joe’s Cafe, Hair, Ain’t Misbehavin’ and Soul Train.
Colin Roy began his music career sharing the stage with Shaggy after his self-penned hit single My Destiny received widespread recognition and was playlisted on Kiss FM UK and Capital FM London. Colin Roy’s distinctive voice can be heard on several albums including The House That Nat Built from his self-penned one man show about the incomparable Nat King Cole, Colin Roy Live In London and the Hair 25th Year Revival Cast Album that was recorded at Abbey Road Studio in London.
